  1. Massage Therapy: Massage therapy is a great way to decrease overall physical body stress, and mental stress. Our environment, lifestyle, and mental state all play a role in overall health, and both physical and mental stressors can have negative effects on your body and even your spinal health. Regular relaxing massages can decrease stress levels and minimize the effects of muscle tension pulling your spinal joints into restricted positions.
  2. Yoga: Yoga is another great way to decrease the mental stressors of life. It also takes your spinal joints through their ranges of motion.
