Posted on: December 7th, 2016

So first things first: What is inflammation?

Well, inflammation is one of your body’s natural defenses. It happens when your body needs to heal something, and it’s an attempt to remove harmful stimuli. For example, damaged cells, pathogens, or irritants.

It can actually be a good thing! If you are injured and experiencing inflammation, it means your body is doing it’s job to heal. But it becomes a bad thing when it is continuous, or when it is part of an illness.

So what can you do to fight harmful inflammation? Here we list 5 foods that will help fight inflammation naturally.
